Leicester Vintage & Old Toy Shop is a collector's haven in the heart of the Midlands. Joe and the team have built something special here — all the classic lines you remember from your childhood, at the best possible prices and with a warm welcome for every collector who walks through the door. People travel far and wide to dig through the cabinets, swap stories, and track down that missing piece. The kettle is always on, so come in, have a rummage, and see what golden-era gem is waiting for you.

When Joe isn't accidentally buying a warehouse of toys (or a bright yellow Hummer) he can be found travelling the world in search of wonderful vintage toys to bring back to Leicester Vintage Toy Shop. He loves Fisher Price Adventure People and has a soft spot for Tomland. He's been featured on Channel 4, the BBC and Woman's Weekly.
When Mat isn't buying toys or overpriced sneakers he's dreaming about them. He loves Shogun Warriors and believes that the Predator is a misunderstood Rastafarian and his distant cousin.
Ami arrived one day in a spaceship and has been keeping the boys in order ever since. She loves Polly Pockets, E. T. knock-offs and teeny tiny toys. Kind, welcoming and hilarious; she is definitely the brains of the operation.
Tim is the oldest Saturday boy in town. He loves Action Man and Matchbox Cars but has huge enthusiasm for most lines. He's often zipping around the toy fairs or routing through a bit box. He's an absolute legend and we love him.
Monday is now a regular opening day — Wednesday remains an extra summer day. Usual hours return later in the year. Contact us to enquire about out-of-hours visits.
